Refund policy

At House Party, happiness is guaranteed. If you're not completely in love with your cheesy sauce, reach out to us within 7 days of receiving your item, and we'll refund your first box, minus the actual shipping cost to your address.* We have a 7-day policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a refund on your first box. If your return is accepted, we’ll reach out to you with next steps. 

*We often subsidize the shipping rates to our customers. The actual shipping costs to us may be much higher than what our customers pay at checkout. Happiness guarantee policy does not apply to celebration box and only applies to single jar, 2 pack and 4 pack sizes. 

**Please note items marked Final Sale/Clearance are not eligible for a refund under our Happiness Guarantee Policy.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. In order to receive a full refund for damage, including shipping costs, a photo(s) must be provided to us.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

Fulfillment and Shipping Information 
Orders typically leave our warehouse within 48 hours. We offer a flat rate shipping fee of $9.99 to the lower 48 States. All orders at this rate are shipped via ground shipping with either USPS, UPS or FedEx. Actual shipping times may vary but orders shipped ground typically arrive between 5-7 business days.
