Game Day Spinach Artichoke Dip
Don’t fumble the snacks this year. Make this stunner of a dip and you won’t even care who wins the game.

Ingredients
1 large shallot, finely diced
1 jar House Party Cheesy Sauce, Mild Cheddar Flavor
3 garlic cloves, minced
4 cups baby spinach
1 14 ounce can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
1/4 cup breadcrumbs

Preheat oven to 375°F.

Heat oil in a medium oven-proof skillet over medium high heat. Add the shallot and cook until softened, about 4 minutes. Add the garlic and cook, stirring, for 3 seconds. Add the spinach and artichoke hearts and cook for 4–5 minutes until the spinach is wilted. Turn off the heat and stir in the House Party Cheesy Dip.

Combine the breadcrumbs and optional dairy-free parmesan* and sprinkle over the top. Bake for 5–8 minutes or until hot. Do not over-bake.
