Roasted Cabbage

Roasted cabbage, crispy breadcrumbs, chili oil and a drizzle of our vegetable-packed, dairy-free cheesy sauce. It’s giving “I care about my gut health... but also flavor.” It's all about balance!

Ingredients

 2 heads cabbage, quartered 
 Olive oil 
 1 jar House Party Cheesy Dip, Mild is preferred 
 1 tablespoon chili oil 
 1/2 C breadcrumbs   
 1 green onion, finely sliced    

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. 

  2. Place the cabbage quarters on the prepared baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Roast for 40-45 minutes or until tender, charred and crisp around the edges. 

  3. Heat chili oil in a small skillet over medium heat. Add the breadcrumbs and cook, stirring until golden brown. 

  4. Heat the House Party in a small saucepan over medium-low heat until hot. Place the cabbage on a serving platter and spoon the sauce on top with breadcrumbs and green onions. Enjoy!
