SKILLET QUESO

Ingredients
1/3 cup crumbled gluten-free soy chorizo
1 (10-ounce) can diced tomatoes and chilies
1 (12-ounce) jar House Party Cheesy Sauce, Mild or Hot
Sliced jalapeño, optional garnish
1 green onion, chopped, optional garnish
Cilantro leaves, optional garnish
Tortilla chips, for serving

Cooking Time!
- Fry the soy chorizo until fully cooked. Drain the can of diced tomatoes and chilies. Reserve about 2 tablespoons for garnish.
- In a medium saucepan, combine House Party Cheesy Sauce with the diced tomatoes and chilies and heat over medium heat. Stir in the chorizo. Transfer to a serving dish and garnish with reserved diced tomatoes and chilies, jalapeño, green onion, and cilantro. Serve with tortilla chips and enjoy!
