Crunchy Cheesy Wrap

- 8 corn tortillas
- 1 (15 ounce) can refried beans
- 1 (12 ounce) jar House Party Cheesy Dip
- 4 large gluten free wraps
- 2 cups chopped iceberg lettuce
- 1 large tomato, diced
Heat a thin layer of oil in a small skillet until hot. Fry the corn tortillas until crispy, about 30 seconds per side.
Heat the refried beans and House Party Cheesy Dip.
Place the large wrap on a flat surface, add ¼ of the lettuce, ¼ of the tomato, one of the fried tortillas, then spread ¼ of the beans on the tortilla, top with House Party Cheesy Dip and another fried tortilla. Fold the wrap over towards the center. Invert and place on a plate until all four are done.
Heat a dry skillet over medium-high heat, place the wrap seam-side down and fry until golden brown, flip and fry the other side. Repeat with remaining crunch wraps. Devour immediately.
